      I bet you had salt in the water. It’s now galvanized and where noodles touched the pot, the result is slightly different.

      I would heat up some white vinegar or apple cider vinegar and let it boil for like 5 mins. Should be stain-free after that. I’ve done this before and it works like magic! No harsh chemicals or abrasives. And it’s cheap!

    3. It makes me curious whether such cookware is safe cause stainless steel contains chromium, but if it oxidizes, chromium compounds must be dissolving, right? And chromium salts aren’t safe at all. But on the other hand all industrial cookware is stainless, so it’s all is kinda confusing. Is the steel in the post not food grade or something?
